How It Works

The Heart Connection & Conscious Creation course (referred to as the “Conscious Creation course”) consists of four modules in video presentation format, designed to be followed at your own pace. This course also includes downloadable resources and weekly live online coaching sessions. These sessions occur on the same day and time each week, except during holidays or extraordinary circumstances.

Your subscription gives you access to the course content and live coaching as long as your subscription remains active. Upon payment, you will gain immediate access to the course through our platform at https://maria-toman.freshlearn.com/. You can cancel your subscription at any time, but no refunds will be issued for partial months.

Terms and Conditions of Sale

Introduction

These Terms of Purchase outline how you (the "User") can access our services and digital products through our Site/platform. By subscribing to our course, you agree to these Terms of Sale.

Please note:

• You will be asked to confirm your acceptance of these Terms by ticking a box during checkout.

• These Terms are governed by UK legislation, and we operate under English law.

The Services

The course and its materials are hosted on https://maria-toman.freshlearn.com/. We reserve the right to update, modify, or withdraw elements of the course at any time. While we aim to meet your expectations, we cannot guarantee specific outcomes or results.

Subscription Terms

• Billing Cycle: Subscriptions are billed monthly in advance.

• Cancellation: You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings. Access to course materials and live sessions will continue until the end of your current billing period. No partial refunds are provided for unused time.

• Refunds: Under UK consumer law, you are entitled to a 14-day cooling-off period. However, if you access course materials or attend live sessions within this time, your refund will be reduced pro-rata based on usage. After the initial 14 days, no refunds will be issued for partial usage of a subscription period.

Digital Downloads

By subscribing, you gain access to downloadable resources through https://maria-toman.freshlearn.com/. You are permitted to download and print these files for personal use only. Redistribution, copying, or editing for third-party use is prohibited.

If you encounter technical issues accessing the materials, please contact us at heartconnection@maria-toman.com with the subject line "Tech Query."

Unauthorized sharing, reproduction, or distribution of course materials is strictly prohibited. Any violation will result in immediate termination of your subscription without refund. We reserve the right to take legal action to protect our intellectual property.

Pricing

Subscription prices are clearly listed on the website and include VAT.

• Price changes will not affect active subscriptions until the next billing cycle.

• Invoices will be issued under "Maria Toman Coaching."

Service Limitations

The Conscious Creation course is provided on an "as is" basis. We do not guarantee:

• Continuous, error-free access to course materials or live sessions.

• Accuracy or completeness of any information shared during the course.

• Freedom from interruptions caused by third-party platforms, including FreshLearn.

We disclaim liability for any service interruptions, data loss, or security breaches caused by FreshLearn or other third-party services.

Warranty and Liability

We warrant that our course materials are of satisfactory quality and fit for their intended purpose. However:

• Our liability is limited to the value of your subscription fees paid in the 12 months preceding any claim.

• We are not liable for indirect, consequential, or incidental losses, including loss of data, business interruption, or third-party platform errors.

• We are not liable for any business-related losses, including lost profits or opportunities.

We do not exclude or limit liability for:

• Death or personal injury caused by negligence.

• Fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation.

• Any matter for which exclusion would be illegal under applicable law.

Refund Policy for Live Coaching Sessions

Live coaching group sessions are included as part of your subscription. Accessing any live session constitutes use of the service and is non-refundable, even if you choose to cancel your subscription.

Disclaimer

The Conscious Creation course is for personal development purposes only. While the course is designed to support growth, results depend on individual circumstances, effort, and application. We make no guarantees of specific outcomes or results.

Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These Terms and any disputes arising from them are governed by English law. Both parties agree to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.

Any dispute will be resolved exclusively through individual arbitration, and you waive the right to participate in any class-action lawsuit.
