EFT (Emotional Freedom Techniques), or “tapping,” is a mind-body method that combines gentle tapping on acupressure points with focused awareness on emotions, thoughts, or memories. This process helps calm the nervous system, reduce stress responses, and create safety in the body.
Because the body feels safe, old beliefs and emotional patterns can loosen their grip. This makes EFT a powerful coaching tool, not just for stress relief, but also for shifting limiting beliefs, building new empowering ones, and supporting lasting change in how You think, feel, and act.
