Pay-what-you-can | From €1
Sessions currently take place every Friday at 8pm GMT/ 3pm EST/ 12pm PST
This live EFT (Emotional Freedom Techniques) group session is a gentle, trauma-informed space created specifically for women who have experienced domestic abuse or narcissistic abuse.
Abuse impacts the nervous system — not just thoughts or emotions. Many survivors live in ongoing fight, flight, freeze, or collapse, even long after the abuse has ended. EFT works directly with the body to help restore a sense of safety, regulation, and inner stability.
EFT (Emotional Freedom Techniques), often called tapping, combines gentle tapping on specific acupressure points with mindful language and emotional awareness. This process sends calming signals to the nervous system, helping the body move out of survival mode and into a state of greater regulation and presence.
EFT is not about forcing positivity or “thinking differently.” It meets the body where it is and supports it in releasing stored stress, fear, and emotional overwhelm at its own pace.
In this live group session, we focus on:
Calming the nervous system and reducing fight, flight, freeze, or shutdown responses
Establishing a felt sense of safety in the body
Releasing shame, fear, hypervigilance, and self-blame
Reconnecting with self-worth, self-compassion, and inner strength
Supporting empowerment without pressure or re-traumatization
You are always in control. You can tap along, pause, modify, or simply listen.
This session is for women who:
Have experienced domestic abuse, coercive control, or narcissistic abuse
Feel stuck in anxiety, numbness, exhaustion, or emotional overwhelm
Want body-based support rather than just talking or “positive thinking”
Are seeking gentle tools to rebuild trust with themselves and their bodies
No previous EFT experience is required. Moreover, you can learn to do EFT tapping yourself!
This session is offered on a pay-what-you-can basis, starting from €1.
